At least one of the authors of the accepted papers is expected to register for the ISPA 2012 conference, otherwise the paper will not be include in the conference proceedings, and the IEEE Xplore. The registration fee must be paid by April 15, 2012.

Considerations:

• The online payment system requires a credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
• Universidad Carlos III Attendees: The registration process for members of the Carlos III University must be done using the alternative registration procedure.
