Authors requiring a Visa must contact the ISPA 2012 registration chair for a letter to support the visa application. Please, send an email to the Local Arrangement Chairs (david dot exposit at uc3m dot es AND javier dot fernandez at uc3m dot es) including your name, affiliation, mailing address, phone and fax numbers, working emails, as well as the name of the conference you are attending. The mail subject must be "Visa Letter ISPA 2012" including paper and registration id. Only registered participants may request such support letters.
